Senior Project Surveyor – London Office Projects

Skanska UK Plc is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor for our Building Team in central London. You will oversee procurement, cost control and financial management on large commercial developments valued £100–£300 million, guiding project teams through contractual and design phases.

The role requires experience on London office schemes, meticulous cost/value reporting, and strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts. A Quantity Surveying degree and professional accreditation are preferred.
