Global Reward Leader — Equity & Exec Remuneration

Interpath is seeking a Head of Reward to build and lead the Reward function across geographies and business lines. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape the firm’s compensation framework, including salary, incentives, equity and governance.

You will partner with Finance, HR and senior leaders to ensure pay-for-performance alignment, compliance and competitive benchmarking, while developing job architecture and MD-level remuneration structures for a private-equity backed advisory
