Customer Service Advisor – 12-Week Temp (Call Centre)

Alma Personnel client in the Tamworth area is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 12-week, temporary basis. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with rotating shifts 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm.

You will handle incoming calls, assist customers with enquiries, book appointments, process orders, and enter data into the company system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence training in a busy call centre, and strong IT skills.
