SEN Teaching Assistant: Flexible Roles, Real Impact

Cromwell Medical Staffing Limited is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people in schools across London and the South East. You will help pupils overcome barriers to learning and participate fully in lessons.

You’ll work one-to-one or in small groups, assist teachers, implement IEPs and behaviour support strategies, and collaborate with parents and specialists to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
