Graduate Customer Solutions Analyst

Acturis Limited is seeking a graduate or early-career analyst to join our team. You will solve system and user issues, advise customers on platform functionality, and help clients configure the platform to fit their needs.

The role involves testing new software releases and working with customers onsite and remotely to identify improvements. The successful candidate will have a 2:1+ STEM degree, strong A levels (AAB+, including Maths), and be analytical, organized, and quick to learn.
