Senior Transactional Lawyer — Private Markets Compliance

Carta is seeking a Senior Transactional Lawyer to join our Compliance – Transactional team in the UK. You will advise on regulatory risk, structure complex deals, and act as the primary contact for institutional investors and asset managers across private equity and related strategies.

We require 4–6+ years PQE in regulatory or investment compliance, with UK/European licensing experience, and the ability to work without visa sponsorship.
