Independent Non-Executive Director — Audit & Risk Chair

Platform4 is seeking a Non-Executive Director to provide independent and objective oversight at board level, with chair responsibilities for the Audit and Risk Committee. The role requires strategic challenge, governance expertise and robust scrutiny to help Platform4 fulfil its purpose.

You will work with the Executive Leadership team, contribute industry insight, and ensure effective risk management, financial reporting and compliance across the organisation.
