Lita Marylebone, a Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant in Marylebone, seeks a passionate Sommelier to join our front-of-house team. You will work closely with Head Sommelier and Assistant Head Sommelier, delivering exceptional wine service and contributing to a team that takes hospitality seriously.
You will recommend and serve wines with confidence, tailor suggestions to guests and the menu, and support daily wine programme operations, including cellar management and stock takes.
