Traffic Management Lead: Site Safety & Coordination

Cormac is seeking a Traffic Management Operative/Chargehand to manage traffic operations on Cormac’s Surfacing and Civil Engineering sites in Cornwall and Plymouth. You will set up traffic management to Sector Scheme 12D, marshal traffic and pedestrians, and uphold safety, PPE use and environmental practices.

The role requires resilience to adverse weather, teamwork, CSCS registration, and prior traffic management experience. A full clean driving licence is essential.
