SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Support & Long-Term Growth

Career Teachers SEND is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 child with complex autism in a Brent-based SEN provision. This full-time role focuses on connection, regulation, and patient encouragement within a calm, structured environment.

You will work closely with therapists and classroom staff, implement Intensive Interaction, Bucket Time, and workstation approaches while maintaining dignity during personal care tasks. Long-term commitment through July 2027 is encouraged.
