Multilingual Customer Support Rep (6-Month FTC)

Busuu is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle English and at least one of French, German or Turkish queries via email and live chat. You will work to meet SLAs, maintain high customer satisfaction, and upsell where appropriate.

You will respond using Zendesk, manage a high volume of inquiries, and continually improve service by flagging trends and issues to the team. A prior track record in customer service and a strong written command of the languages offered are essential.
