Employee Relations & Absence Operations Specialist

TipTopJob is seeking an Employee Relations Operations Administrator for a fast-paced manufacturing site in Halewood. This role provides a clear path to grow HR expertise in absence and wellbeing management, reporting to senior HR leaders and partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will manage absence cases, work with Occupational Health, deliver training, promote wellbeing resources, analyse data for insights, and contribute to improving absence policies and processes across sites.
