Lead House Manager – Residential Child Care

Common Thread Ltd in Tranent, Scotland, is seeking an experienced House Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a new residential home for young people. You will create a stable, safe, and caring environment and manage a team of Therapeutic Support workers.

The role requires leadership, safeguarding knowledge, trauma-informed approach and weekend on-call flexibility. SVQ4 or Leadership for Care Services Level 4 is desirable.
