Sushi Lead Chef – Early-Morning Kiosk Role

hana group is looking for a Sushi Chef with a minimum of 24 hours per week at our new kiosk, Asian Corner, Morrison’s PL9 7BH in Plymouth. You will work in an international, dynamic group that values people, development and high-quality sushi and ethically sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities include preparing fresh ingredients, labeling for food safety and allergen compliance, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.
