Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic discharge nurse to join the Spinal Cord Injury Centre. The role focuses on coordinating discharge planning, providing specialist advice, and guiding patients, families and the MDT to ensure timely, safe and patient-centred discharges.
The unit is a large SCIC with capacity for comprehensive rehabilitation, supporting invasive ventilation patients and complex post‑acute care in a 60-bed centre.
