Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) in London is seeking a Vice President with a transactional background in leveraged finance to join our front office EMEA Leveraged Finance team. You will manage commercial negotiations of documentation and assist with commercial structuring of sponsor leveraged finance transactions.
You will work closely with MUFG’s in-house legal team to address risks, ensure policy alignment, and help guide the deal process from origination to closing.
