Long-Term SEND TA — 1:1 & Small-Group Support

TIA Education is recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for a long-term placement at a well-regarded 2-form entry primary school in Birmingham, starting September 2026.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo, and help implement individual education plans.

The role is full-time, term-time only, with a daily rate of £120-£150 depending on experience, and transition/ trial days arranged.
