Job Description:
NHS Buckinghamshire Social Work team is recruiting two Social Work Assistants to support Early Resolutions & Safeguarding and the South Community Mental Health team. The role involves carrying out Care Act assessments, reviewing care packages, and visiting clients in their homes across Buckinghamshire.
Training opportunities exist through Oxford Health and Buckinghamshire Council, with progression toward becoming a qualified Social Worker.
