Compassionate Care Worker – Training & Benefits

Mariposa Care is looking for compassionate individuals to join Grove Lodge and Courtyard, a specialist adult mental health facility. If you’re starting out or have care experience, we’ll provide full training to build a rewarding career with us.

You will support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring dignity and privacy, while helping create a warm, home-like environment. DBS checks and good English/numeracy skills are required to begin the recruitment process.
