Residential House Manager: Children’s Home Leader

Ruskin Mill Trust’s Sunfield Garden School and Children’s Home is hiring a Residential House Manager to oversee residential provision and safeguarding across on-site accommodation.

The post covers permanent full-time hours with shifts including nights (21:00–07:00) and weekend duties; salary ranges and market supplements apply. You will lead staff teams, ensure high standards of care, and coordinate daily routines to support children and young people in our care.
