Youth & Family Support Worker — Trauma‑Informed Impact

Derbyshire County Council seeks a Family Support Worker within the Youth Justice Service to work directly with children, young people and families to reduce offending and build resilience. You will work in a trauma informed way, coordinating interventions and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure the right help at the right time.

There is a requirement to work with colleagues to avoid remand into custody, and occasional Saturdays will be part of the role.
