Lancashire County Council is seeking an Outreach Worker to support families within the Best Start in Life programme. You’ll bring practical help into communities, delivering sessions and building trusted relationships with parents and children to improve early learning and wellbeing.

You will deliver group activities in Family Hubs and outreach settings, collaborate with partners, and help families feel confident and empowered for brighter futures.
