Senior Commercial Counsel – Tech & AI Growth (Hybrid)

CareTech is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial to support the business on complex commercial matters. You will work with the Procurement and Senior Leadership teams to negotiate revenue-generating contracts and supplier arrangements across a large-scale operation.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
