Chip – your wealth app is seeking a CRM leader to run lifecycle as a profit centre. You will own the roadmap, team and platform, activating, retaining and growing customer value while partnering with Finance, Compliance and Product.
You’ll build an AI-native CRM function using Claude, manage Braze end to end, and coach a five‑strong team across strategy, build and operations to deliver measurable unit economics.
