SEND 1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Term-Time Role

Oldmixon Primary School in Weston-Super-Mare is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEND support and assist with small groups during term time. The role runs 32 hours 30 minutes per week, 8:30 to 3:30, across all year groups.

The position is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with potential extension depending on funding. We welcome applicants with a proactive, energetic mindset who can inspire confidence and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
