Beauty Keyholder & Customer Experience Lead

DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY in Covent Garden is seeking a passionate Keyholder to lead on-floor duties and deliver elevated in-store experiences. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) focuses on customer-first service and team leadership.

You will greet customers, educate them on DECIEM brands, and support onboarding and coaching of new staff while maintaining high store standards and merchandising concepts. A strong beauty background and teamwork mindset are essential.
