We’re growing our Bedworth driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond.
Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.
What You’ll Get
- Days Per hour £18.75
- Unsocial Premium (hrs worked between 20:00-06:00): £2.83
- Overtime Mon – Fri £22.13
- Weekend pay per hour £27.33
- 3 nights sleep out (£40 per night payment)

Shift Information
- Hours: 11.5 hours per shift
- Rota: 4 on 4 off
- Start times: Between 05:00 – 09:00
The Role – Tramping (store deliveries)
Ideal for drivers who prefer long‑distance work and overnight runs as part of a professional logistics operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing long-distance deliveries and collections
- Managing overnight runs in line with driver regulations
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety
- Supporting nationwide operations during peak demand
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
- Driver CPC qualification
- A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
- Professional and safety-focused approach
- Reliable, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable with manual handling where required
