Public Sector Employment Lawyer for Policing

West Midlands Police is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join Joint Legal Services, delivering specialist employment law advice and representation for both West Midlands Police and Staffordshire Police. You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, supporting senior leaders in a high‑profile public service environment.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise on policy development, TUPE, restructures and disputes, and liaise with external Counsel when required.
