Senior Support Worker – Lead, Residential Autism Care Home

Orbis Education and Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to assist the Home Manager at Ty Seren in Swansea, a home for adults with autism and complex needs. You will lead shifts, monitor care plans, and collaborate with staff and external partners to deliver safe, person-centred support.

The role requires experience in positive support environments, managing challenging behaviour, safeguarding knowledge, and a commitment to health and safety. A DBS with barred list is required.
