Head Youth Development Coach, U13–U16

Swansea City AFC is seeking a dedicated Head of Coaching for the Youth Development Phase (U13‑U16). You will lead coaching, support staff development, and drive a consistent, age‑appropriate development programme aligned with the club’s philosophy.

You will balance hands‑on coaching with phase leadership, overseeing IDPs, performance reviews and talent identification in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. DBS checks required.
