Impactful HLTA: Lead Primary Learning (KS1-2) Sep 2026

TeacherActive is recruiting an experienced HLTA for a long-term role in Carlisle, starting September 2026. You will support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2, lead targeted interventions and provide whole-class cover when required.

The ideal candidate will hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent, have experience in a UK primary school, strong classroom management and solid SEN experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and a proactive approach to support every pupil to succeed.
