Launch Your Primary ECT Career (KS1–KS2)

Academics is looking for a Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Birmingham to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment. This is a significant opportunity for recently certified teachers to build confidence and obtain classroom experience.

The ECT will work with different year groups and is responsible for delivering lessons, collaborating with staff, and ensuring safety and development in the classroom. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and an enhanced DBS are required.
