Night/Community Children’s Support Worker

Sirona care & health CIC is recruiting a Children’s Community Support Worker to join our Lifetimes service in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire. This Band 3 post supports children with complex health needs, working overnight in the family home and at school when needed.
