Head of Operations – National Health & Volunteer Ops Leader

St John Scotland seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead national delivery of operational services across Scotland. You will provide strategic operational leadership, performance management and decision-making authority reporting to the COO.

The role requires turning strategy into disciplined delivery, strong people skills and calm judgement, with occasional evening/weekend work and travel across Scotland from our Edinburgh Head Office.
