Empowering Support Worker for Young Adults (Exeter)

InFocus Charity do is hiring experienced support workers to help young adults aged 21-36 at St David’s House in Exeter. The role involves delivering highly personalised care, supporting daily living, and enabling access to leisure and community opportunities while maintaining dignity in personal and medical care.

We offer a three-week rolling rota with early, late shifts and occasional weekends. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is funded for development, with induction and training
