Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a luxury hotel and resort near Oakham in Rutland in recruiting a Chef de Partie. You will work in a busy Rosette-standard kitchen, preparing and plating for hotel and restaurant guests, with live-in accommodation available.
The role is 40 hours per week with overtime paid; applicants should have Rosette kitchen experience and be able to work with local and seasonal ingredients. There is potential for career progression within the company.
