Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality care. You will work with the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive audits and regulatory compliance to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.

You will be an RN or RMN with NMC registration, plus mentoring or supervision qualifications, HR experience, and strong commercial awareness in sales and marketing, alongside budget management
