1:1 Early Years Learning Assistant

Benson C of E Primary School is seeking a caring and motivated individual to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis, with potential group interventions and class support. The role operates during term-time, 8.30am–3.30pm, including a daily lunch duty, and is likely based in one of our Early Years classes.

The successful candidate will be patient, enthusiastic, and a strong team player, committed to enriching the learning experience and helping pupils reach their potential.
