Lead SENCo: Drive Inclusive SEND Provision & Team Growth

Amarval Partners Ltd in Ilford is recruiting a dedicated SENCO to lead inclusive practice across the school, shaping SEND provision and working with staff and families to ensure all learners receive appropriate support.

You will coordinate EHCP processes, oversee assessment and progress tracking for SEND students, and provide guidance to staff on inclusive teaching. The role requires Qualified Teacher Status and SENCo qualification and experience in a secondary setting.
