Bright Star Talent Limited, on behalf of a thriving primary school in Birmingham, seeks an experienced SENCO to join its leadership team. The role leads SEND provision, supports around 200 SEND pupils, and works with SLT, teachers, and external agencies to maintain inclusive practices.

You will oversee EHCPs and SEND plans, coordinate two SEN Units, and drive professional development to improve outcomes for all pupils. A NASENCO qualification and strong leadership are essential.
