Job Description:
Surrey Downs Health and Care is recruiting a Band 6 Community Nurse to work across ICP PCN in Ewell. Part time 22.5 hours per week, NHS AfC equivalent. You will manage patient care within your clinical setting, develop and evaluate care programmes, and supervise staff with support from the team lead.
The post involves education delivery in partnership with the Learning and Development Team and pursuing evidence-based, patient-focused practice to improve community health outcomes in Surrey Downs.
