Youth Housing Support Worker, Travel Required

Hamilton Woods Associates are recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to join an organisation on an initial 2 month basis to work across dispersed properties with young people aged 16-25 years old. Travel across Huddersfield and Heckmondwike will be required.
