The role combines work across:
- Strategic investments and principal transactions
- Fund and SPV structures
- Joint ventures and co-investments
- Corporate transactions
- Financial services and commodities regulation
It’s a genuinely broad role, working directly with an ambitious executive team that continues to build and invest at pace.
We’re interested in speaking with lawyers who bring a blend of commodities trading, investment, corporate or funds experience. You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll be commercially minded, comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment and excited by helping shape a growing business.
