Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Support Worker for the Intensive Community Care pathway and Urgent Community Response team in Oxfordshire. You’ll visit people at home to support urgent health and social care needs, helping them recover and stay at home where safe.
The role suits compassionate, resilient individuals who want to make a real difference. Shifts run 8am–8pm, 365 days a year with occasional weekends; some travel may be required.
