Compassionate Care Assistant — Training & Growth

Queens View Harbour Care Home in Troon is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing. You will follow care plans and work as part of a warm, supportive team to ensure dignity, independence and high-quality care.

Full training and ongoing development are provided. Experience is not essential; a compassionate and reliable attitude is most important and SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.
