British Airways is seeking a Senior Digital Product Researcher to join the Product Design & Research team within Commercial. You will partner across the product lifecycle, embedding customer insight to shape digital experiences that improve outcomes and drive performance.
You will lead mixed-method studies, present findings to senior leadership, and foster a culture of user-centered, inclusive research across Product, Analytics, Personalisation and Design teams.
