Public Service Work Coach: Help People Back to Work

Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking a Work Coach to assist customers, employers and colleagues via face-to-face, digital and telephone contact. You will manage a caseload and build relationships to support people into work, applying local knowledge of opportunities and partner services.
