Head of Development & Major Gifts

The Ashmolean Museum, part of the University of Oxford, seeks a strategic Head of Development to lead fundraising, deepen donor engagement, and build partnerships across the UK and internationally. You will work with the Director and senior leadership to shape ambitious plans, including a major capital project, and influence the museum’s global reach.

You will oversee a Development team, secure six- and seven-figure gifts, and contribute to the Oxford Excellence Campaign’s philanthropic goals
