DAC Beachcroft LLP in Birmingham is seeking a proactive People Advisory Assistant to join the People Team. You will provide professional support on generalist people matters and handle essential administrative tasks across the colleague lifecycle.

Reporting to the People Advisory Manager, you will work with People Advisors and Partners, maintain case records, support payroll, and help deliver a high-quality advisory service while upholding data protection standards.
