Manual Mortgage Underwriter – Hybrid (Birmingham)

Vivo Talent Solutions is recruiting a Mortgage Underwriter in Birmingham for a hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will manually underwrite residential and secured loan applications and review complex cases with a focus on affordability and credit history.

Ideal candidates have experience in specialist lending, strong knowledge of FCA regulations, and the ability to make well‑grounded decisions. CeMAP or equivalent is a plus, with progression opportunities within a growing team.
